Garden Manor is the premier venue in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for outdoor weddings. The Inn and its expansive gardens are beautifully maintained to ensure an elegant, romantic setting to accommodate weddings up to 75 guests.

Our location is ideal for weddings with our being less than 7 miles from DFW International Airport and only 20 miles to either Dallas or Ft. Worth.  Guests can enjoy Grapevine’s charming historic entertainment district after the wedding as the Inn just one-half block from Main Street! 

We commit the Inn and our team exclusively to your wedding as Garden Manor only hosts one wedding per weekend.  Our packages are designed to be stress free and provide you with options to ensure your special day is perfect. 

The Inn features a garden room for food service, a wrought iron gazebo with chandelier for vow exchange, flagstone patios with crushed granite pathways and antique brick lined flower beds, and a 36’ x 38’ dance floor with an outdoor sound system.  The gazebo and trees are wrapped in tiny white lights to provide ambiance!
 


Pricing is based on wedding size and the type of reception.  All of the wedding packages include:
 

  • All 4 of the Inn’s guest rooms for the night of the wedding with 2 p.m. check-in time

  • Facility rental charge for wedding ceremony and reception

  • 3-tier wedding cake chosen by the bride and groom

  • Beverage service of gourmet fruit-spiced iced tea & bottled spring water

  • Commercial sound system with 5-CD carousel for wedding music

  • White wood chairs with white cushions

  • 60” guest tables with linen floor-length table cloths, hurricane candle center pieces, and fresh rose petals

  • Guest registration table with hurricane candle and fresh rose petals

  • Gift table with shabby chic white birdcage for wedding cards

  • White china, glass stemware, silverware, and linen napkins

  • Food service tables with floor-length table cloths, silver serving pieces and chafing dishes, silver grape-motif champagne bowl with 2 flutes, 2 large glass beaded multi-votive silver candelabras & fresh rose petals

  • Personnel to serve food & beverages

  •  Sparkler service for departure

  • All sales & hotel taxes and gratuity

  • Bride and groom select the style and color of tablecloths, napkins, and roses

  • Discounted rate of $125 per night plus hotel tax is extended to those guests needing longer stay than just the night of the wedding 

Wedding Packages do not include but may be arranged for additional charge:

 

  • Salon & spa services

  • Bridal bouquets, corsages and boutonnières

  • Minister fee

  • Photographer

  • DJ or live music

  • Alcohol

  • Horse-drawn white carriage departure

 

 

Wedding Ceremony – Cake Only Reception
 

Wedding ceremony with a cake-only reception package includes a 2-hour facility rental based on the start time of the wedding ceremony. Rental time may be extended for $300/hour.  Cheese & fruit trays are available for additional charge of $12 per person.
 

$2500 Package – Wedding Party of 25

  • Additional charge of $22 per person over 25

  • Maximum of 49 people

$3300 Package – Wedding Party of 50

  • Additional charge of $25 per person over 50

  • Maximum of 75 people

 

    Wedding Ceremony – Buffet & Cake Reception

Wedding ceremony with a buffet reception package includes a 3-hour facility rental based on the start time of the wedding ceremony. Rental time may be extended for $300/hour. Bride and groom selects dinner menu from extensive list provided by the Inn with all food prepared on site from scratch!

$4100 Package – Wedding Party of 25

  • Additional charge of $42 per person over 25

  • Maximum of 49 people

$5700 Package – Wedding Party of 50

  • Additional charge of $45 per person over 50

  • Maximum of 75 people
